-High/Low Dusting: (this includes cobwebs, baseboards, pictures/wall art,
ceiling fans, light fixtures, window sills, blinds, and framework
Furniture Dusting/Polishing: (this includes picking up most
pictures/decorative items and cleaning under and wiping lamps)
Vacuuming All Floors
Mopping All Floors (we have multiple options for floor cleaners we provide,
if we don’t have what you like we’re happy to use what you have)
Cleaning Fronts of Cabinets and Handles
Wiping All Countertops
Clean Bathroom Mirrors
Cleaning/Disinfecting Showers and Tubs: Including Glass Shower Doors
Cleaning/Disinfecting Toilet Bowl and Complete Exterior of Toilets
Clean Inside and Outside of Microwave
Clean Stovetop
Clean Exterior of All Kitchen Appliances
Clean Inside and Around Kitchen Sink
Polish Stainless Steel
Deep Clean
This includes everything in our Regular cleaning PLUS:
Hand wipe baseboards where needed
Clean inside refrigerator
Clean inside oven
Wipe out cabinets if emptied
Clean and sanitize light switches and door knobs
Hand wipe light fixtures if desired
Move In/Move Out Cleaning
Includes everything a deep clean includes PLUS:
Wipe out all cabinets and drawer (MUST be empty)
Take down light fixtures, clean, and replace
Clean doors/door frames
Window sills and trim cleaned
Built in shelves dusted and wiped down
*Windows can be done as an additional cost*

This service is offered in different levels for different costs
1st Level: Clean inside glass only $5 per window
2nd Level (Only Available if windows tilt in): Clean interior and exterior glass $7-$8 per window
3rd Level: Clean interior & exterior glass and window track $10-$11 per window
